deserving students. Our scholarship program aims to reward excellence,
alleviate financial burdens, and promote educational equity.
Advance seat booking
For all government quota candidates, part payment and advance seat
boking is not allowed. For management quota student, part payment of 50%
of the annual course fee may be accepted for advance seat blocking. In
case the institute decides not to allot the seat to student, 100% money
deposited by the student shall be refunded. In case the candidate
withdraws his/her candidature, no money will be refunded and paid money
wil be forfeited.d Rajgangpur for OPD services.
Benefits for In-house candidates
We believe in recognizing and supporting the dedication and commitment
of our in-house candidates who are already working at Jaiprakash
Hospital and Research Centre. To encourage and empower these candidates
to advance their education, we offer special scholarship benefits of 50%
of total course fee for every courses tailored to their needs.
Policy for inhouse candidates
Study leave will be given to eligible in - house candidates and
service continuity will be maintained.
50% scholarship will be provided to eligible in- house candidates.
The in-house candidates will be given admission in management quota
seats only subject to availability of seats.
The candidate must meet all the eligibility criteria as prescribed
by govt. of Odisha/DMET for admission at JPIEE.
The candidate who would like to take admission through govt. quota
seats must follow all the rules for govt. quota eligibility, JPHRC
will grant study leave to such candidate without any scholarship as
in-house candidate but the candidate will remain eligible for other
scholarship scheme as applicable for any general candidate.
To become an in-house candidate the employee of JPHRC must have
completed 3 years of service in continuity. However, for the 1st two
years of academic sessions of JPIEE, the employees of JPHRC who have
completed one year of service may also apply and their application
will be considered on case to case basis.
The continuity of service for all in-house candidates will be
maintained and will rejoin at the same designation at which she/he
left for studies. Further appraisal and promotion shall be done
based on the recommendation of appraisal committee considering new
acquired skills and qualification.
